Due to the custom nature of wedding stationary, there are no returns or refunds. 

However! We know things happen, so if there's an issue with your design (arrives damaged, never arrives, etc.), contact us and we'll do our best to make things right! 

Default shipping is set to free shipping with delivery as soon as 8 business days from the date your invitation proof is verified and finalized. Upgrades to shipping can be made at an additonal cost, and must be requested within the client seating chart details form.

Dearly Beloved Hosts understands wedding stationary can be stressful at times, but we hope to make this process as seamless as possible. Once you've selected your foam seating chart, you'll be able to specify your needs (holes/gromets, easel, etc.) through a details form. We'll also request a word document with your table numbers/seating selections. Once your seating chart proof is approved by you, we then complete your order and ship directly to your door!
